trixnz’ FOV Tool for Jan 21 update.

This is trixnz' latest version of his FOV Tool which works with Just Cause 3 update which was released Jan 21, 2016, and this updated tool was release on his Github page on Feb 1, 2016. I have no idea why he hasn't updated it for this site, but I'm going to be a jerk and do it for him. If this has to be remove, so be it, but I know I'm not the only person who cannot stomach the default FOV and makes it essentially unplayable.

Of course, HUGE thanks to Trixnz, and is efforts on helping us out. It's because of this tool that I bought Just Cause 3 after a quick refund after seeing the horrid, tight, nauseating default field of view.

Extract .exe anywhere. Run Justcause3.exe Run tool, and adjust slider.

Updated for January 20 update. Added text box to manually set desired FOV
