This save is basically for messing around. I tried to modify the save to remove every single side mission that's tied to the territories of the map so you can choose where your army will fight but I could not do that. I made this because I felt disappointed that when I finished the game. The only way to re-oppress (re-occupy) settlements was only if I did a NG+ so basically now ? you can sandbox and fight endless waves of the black hand with your army at one of the frontline battles.

This save game is weird. In that I've basically completed every main mission and every stunt. But only 50% of the territory is taken. 

I've basically taken over a portion of Solis. And all that's left is the snowy mountains and the entirety of the desert.

Oh yeah. ALL stuff unlocked. All the wingsuits all the parachutes and every upgrade for your boosters, balloons, etc. And all vehicles.

WARNING: YOU MAY OR MAY NOT REQUIRE GOLD EDITION! I CAN'T TIPTOE AROUND THIS SORRY.

AND I DID NOT DO THE DLC MISSIONS.
