I have tested this mod today July 13th, 2021 with game version 1.60 with the DLCs installed and can confirm that it does not work. There is no music in combat, or exploration only in videos such as the opening. I recommend a mod on the nexus that I will link below. I have tested that mod today as well and can confirm that it works without issues with the above conditions.

I literally have not played this game ever since this music mod expired. Without this music mod I cannot play the game. I hope it gets updated soon. I literally feel like I can’t play it otherwise

Please try this mod over on the Nexus mods I have game version 1.60 with the DLCs and can confirm with testing that it works just fine.
