Total Commander with PSARC Plugin

This is much easier to use and allows you to repack and modify game files for whatever you might need to use it on. Specifically in this case No Man's Sky.

When Total Commander is installed drag the psarc plugin to your desktop or somewhere easy to reach and install it. Like the gif below shows that is how to install a plugin onto total commander.
