1.- Install Bakkesmod and Alpha Console Plugin 

2.- Open Bakkesmod

3.- Click into File/Open Bakkesmod Folder

4.- Inside bakkesmod folder follow the route

data/acplugin/DecalTextures

5.- Drag the OTTERS_KC_DECALS.rar file into Decal Textures folder

6.- Extract here the file 

7.- READ THE .TXT IMPORTANT FILE (you can delete it after reading)

8.- Open Rocket League (works on Steam and Epic Games)

9.- Press F2 key in your Keyboard

10.- Choose DIGNITAS HOME (2) FOR OCTANE, FENNEC AND DOMINUS

11.- Press F5

12.- Click into Cosmetics

13.- Choose the decal you want :D
