Moist Octane skin

I am a little hesitant to upload this here out of fear of ridicule. This is one first custom decal and I know it isn't perfect and that someone who knows what they are doing can definitely do it a lot better.  I am pretty proud of this decal though and it has been a blast to make it. I love this org and love their roster even before they were on their previous team. I am going to post this because I know there are other people out there that want to have this decal until something official is release.

With all that said here is a Moist Esports Octane Decal.(Dominus and Fennec hopefully coming soon.)

Just add to acplugin/DecalTextures after unzipping. Nothing else should be required.
