Super excited to present you a complete new WINTER MAP MOD for NEO TOKYO! The mod changes field, enviroment, L.E.D.-Board, ramps to walls and the sky texture! WARNING: DO NOT use the sky texture in ranked games! [it can cause flashy textures on other maps except nt!]

If you want to paint your car in black/white/... i recommend to use AlphaConsole! Pretty simple to use and works also with uMod!
