    your decal folder is "AppDataRoamingbakkesmodbakkesmoddataacpluginDecalTextures"

    2. start Rocket League

    3. open alpha console by pressing F5

    4. open the cosmetics tab

    5. select the decal under "Decal Texture Mod"
