While my last mod was improving Dr. Mario, an objectively bad character, I thought, why not just make an average character better?

This mod makes Wario at his peak, giving him more reliable KO's, as opposed to relying on the Waft. He can gimp and poke much better. While the title of this mod may be misleading, I think Wario is mostly balanced in this mod. He's not amazing, whether he is fair or not is subjective.

This mod does not interfere with any cosmetic or aesthetic mods. It may conflict with other character mods.

• Jab sped up by 20%.
• Dash attack damage: 7% -> 9% (Early), 4% -> 5% (Late)
• Forward Tilt damage standardized: 14%, 13%, 12% -> 13%
• Forward Tilt has significantly reduced ending lag, akin to Warioman.
• Up Tilt has significantly reduced ending lag, allowing it to combo easier.
• Down Tilt damage: 4% -> 6%
• Forward Smash damage: 19% -> 20%
• Forward Smash has less ending lag.
• Up Smash damage: 16% -> 18% (Sweetspot)
• Down Smash damage: 13% (First hit), 10% (Second hit), 5% (Third hit) -> 15%, 12%, 8%
• Nair damage: 6.5% (Early), 4% (Late) -> 9%, 6.5%
• Fair damage: 4.5% (Late) -> 5%
• Fair knockback: 30 (Base)/103 (Growth) -> 20/100
• Fair has significantly reduced ending lag. Combined with its reduced knockback, it can perform Walls of Pain better.
• Bair damage: 12% -> 14%
• Bair knockback: 20 (Base) -> 30
• Uair damage: 13% -> 17%
• Dair total damage: 11% -> 16%
• Coin effect added to pummel.
• Back Throw damage: 7% -> 9%
• Down Throw has significantly reduced ending lag, allowing for followups.
• Up-B total damage: 13% - 19%
• The final hit of Up-B is much stronger.
