Light Speed Sonic V2

This mod adds a lot of changes for sonic.

- He now has newer sprites, -He is now over Sonic's base form (my first mod that isnt over super sonic ;-;) -He is faster -His attacks do more damage -His neutral air reflects -His spindash lasts a bit longer -He can use his sonic eagle -He has a new intro animation -More jumps -He doesnt look ugly -He takes less knockback
