Better Landings

Spaceship landings in No Man's Sky have always looked a bit silly, just dropping to the ground at 10+ feet. This mod aims to make landings look and feel more careful by reducing the "drop height" to about 2 feet. Aside from that, the spaceship will not tilt its nose up so much during the landing descent.

Installing Better Landings:

1) Make sure that DISABLEMODS.TXT file from PCBANKS folder does not exist. If it exists, delete it or rename it
2) Create a folder named MODS in Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/No Man's Sky/GAMEDATA/PCBANKS (if it already exists, skip this step)
3) Copy/paste/drag _Better_Landings.pak into the MODS folder

This mod is not compatible with other mods that modify GCSPACESHIPGLOBALS.GLOBAL.MBIN
