Replaces the face texture from the Explorer Race with the "Eye" from HAL9000(Space Odyssey 2001). There are 3 states, when the Explorer gets angry he shows the red one. Happy is Blue und Green/Yellow Neutral.

Just place the extracted .pak into PCBANKS folder.
