Rocket Shoji’s Moveset (SYM Only)

This is the moveset for my Heran character: Rocket Shoji, who will appear in my upcoming series: Dragon Ball Super: The Legion of History. One day, Rocket will be made into a full character model. But for now, I've chosen to create his moveset early & release it to you all.

This only works on Saiyan males, and I'm unsure if I wanna make it for other races.

In the end, I'm just glad I was able to make this & feel proud of it. Have fun!
