I tried it myself, it works just fine, it has no errors or viruses whatsoever. Could it be your anti-virus overreacting to an unknown file type? It’s not an uncommon occurrence, even with popular anti-viruses like Kaspersky. Try using different anti-viruses to analyze it and see if something comes up. I suggest Malwarebytes, it’s what I and my IT employers use.

The content of the archive are various Xenoverse 2 data files (again not executables) for the Replace option, and one .X2M file to use with the XV2 installer.
The X2M file itself is technically a ZIP archive file using .X2M as extension instead of .ZIP. And the X2M archive only contain data files.
In short there is no executable (programs) files in this download.
Assuming you’re not trolling, the most likely case is your anti-virus is returning a false positive.
If you have turned your antivirus setting into “paranoid” mode, this can happen frequently, as the Antivirus will be biais toward false positive, basically reporting anything as suspicious even with the lowest risk analysis result.

I downloaded this file twice and both times malware came with it. Haven’t had any issues with a virus until downloading this mod. So, eat shit.
