Unlocked Stylist

Just a little iggy experiment that unlocks the Stylist's menu so you can alter most things about your character, without the need to summon Shenron, as long as you have some TP medals lying around.

Many thanks to HalloweenPandas for helping me with the first time loading bug!

Known limitation:

You can not only change height and/or weight. The game does not see this as a change and will ignore it. If you want to change height and/or weight you have to always change at least one of your head parts also.
