King Vegeta’s Armor – No cape

I've see someone ask about King Vegeta's cloth without cape, so. There he's for you bud.

This is my first modding thing, so. It's working currently good on my save and only work on Sayajin/Human.

I don't know the other race but I don't think so, maybe I'll update my mod to get no cape for other races if you want.

Use XV2Patcher or unpack and pack it.
