More Potent Super Saiyan Auras

I found the vanilla game's Super Saiyan auras to be a little on the weak side, so I amplified the effects and made them more noticeable.

The screenshots don't really do a good job of demonstrating the modification, so please keep this in mind before commenting without trying out the mod for yourself.

Two versions are included, one that uses the vanilla game's particles, and one that uses the "Sans particles" version as a basis which was created by seb5421, which is the one I personally use and can be seen in the preview screenshots.
