Transformable Female Hair #16

A simple modeling work, adding a transformation hairs based on hairstyle #16. My first attempt at using Blender instead of 3dsMax so it may not be perfect :D

Ahh, it's good to be back. After an unfortunate disc failure I had to reinstall everything and so, my modding work was delayed but not stopped!

Merge data folder with patcher's data folder.
