Transformable Female Hair #4

As those files were already on my disc, I thought I'll share them even if SSJ2 hair is not ready yet.

ATTENTION! This is the same version as that from my comment under #16 hair mod, so if you downloaded that one, there is no point in downloading this version! Wait for update containing SSJ2 hair model!

At this moment, I'm working on hair #3 but when that will be done, I'll finish this one.

Merge data folder with patcher's data folder.

1.0 Release, SSJ and SSJ2 hairs look the same

1.2 Fixed infinite loading (typo in bcs file)
