As said above want it in a specific color? Tell me i can think to do it the color you want.

WARNING IF THE TAIL DOES NOT MOVE.

You need another mod to animate the tail. The one i based on to make the tail complete. Tough NO FILE of the owner of the said mod is uploded in this mod. NO problem just install this mod if you do not already have, and the tail will move.
