Perfect Barrier (X2M 100% Series)

Introducing Perfect Barrier from the 100% Series! This skill is an extremely better and more accurate version of Energy Barrier, and has been retextured to fit Cell's style a bit better. Hopefully this mod satisfies the suggestion, it's not quite exactly what was asked for but close enough in my book.

Perfect Barrier (Suggestion by ScootOfHell):

"Hey, could you please do Perfect barrier as an ultimate attack lke Super Ki Explosion with animation changng? Nobody still did it and when I tried myself,it didn't work (infinte loading) :)"

Is an evasive ultimate, uses 3 bars of ki instead of 2 bars of stamina.

Has higher damage and better knockback.

Does not require additional ki to sustain.

Cannot be blocked.
