One-Handed Ki Skill Pack

I'm not really a fan of the one-handed Ki attack supers in this game, so I made a few variations to some of them to give them some more flexibility.

Big Bang Attack EX - Faster animation and a much faster projectile. Now costs 200 Ki.

Milky Cannon EX - Projectile moves faster and never slows down, practically speaking making it a fairly ranged attack.

Riot Javelin EX - Far faster projectile.

Supreme Arrow - Edit of Heavenly Arrow. Lacks the optional Ki Blade attack and no longer moves backwards before attacking.
