Frieza 2nd Form

Said I wasn't gonna make this, but did it anyway lol.

I made this using models from Dragon Ball Legends and Xenoverse 2.

Moveset is from cooler final form and skills are a mixture of cooler and frieza. I made a custom portrait and just gave him Frieza's vanilla voice. I know his voice is meant to be a little deeper in his 2nd form, but it took so long to get this model looking decent, that I can't really muster the strength to make a custom voice.
