Cell (Semi-Perfect)

Hello again!

My latest port/hybrid is non other than semi-perfect Cell. I used Dragon Ball Legends, Xenoverse 2 and Raging Blast 2 assets to make this.

Overall I'm very happy with how this turned out and this was definitely the hardest mod I have done so far, but I'm very pleased with the end result.

Moveset wise he uses Cell (First Form) I chose this so he would use his tail when attacking.

Skills include:

Supers

• Super Explosive Wave
• Solar Flare
• Maximum Charge
• Big Bang Crash (Credit goes to Azura for this custom skill)

Ultimates

• Super Ki Explosion
• Zetsumei Bullet

If you don't like these skills, by all means change them yourselves, you don't need to tell me which skills you think work better.

I made a custom portrait and I have partially voiced it also.

Next up, as I keep saying will be Android 19 it's almost finished, I promise!
