Long Hair Ponytail (No Physics)

I had requests for my ssj3 hair for ponytails to be a regular hair mod like the "What if Raditz" hair so here it is. I know it is not perfect I never claim to be. I might update it in the future with ssj or ssj4 if I can think of a good way to execute them.
