Mastered Super Saiyan 3

It's SS3, but with no ridiculously big Ki Recovery reduction, better stats, and gives two extra stamina bars for some reason. Oh, and it takes 3 bars of Ki to transform. Sorry I haven't uploaded in a while, I'm working on something entirely new for me at the moment and I'm trying to mainly focus on that. I'll still be putting stuff out, just probably not as frequently as usual.
