Excellent Rush

the counterpart of Excellent Blast, where its Excellent Full Course but only the Rush part. also is a Super skill.

the overall skill's behavior is slightly altered. one notable change is the skill's startup and dashing sequence executing faster if the opponent is in a knockback state.

this was a suggestion by AnarkyTheMercenary in The Citadel server, so credits to him for the idea.

this also uses DemonBoy's Excellent Full Course FIX as a base, so it drops a lot less often than the vanilla skill.
