Blazing Megaton

Yeah, I released a thing, so it's now time for the world itself to come to an end.

In any case, this is a Jiren-inspired Ultimate. It fires a beam-styled projectile from a distance, or explodes on direct contact, dealing significantly more damage. It also has special face anims if applied to Jiren, so that's cool.

I've put way too much time into ensuring there's as little bugs as possible, so enjoy this or i'm gonna have to kick your ass.
