Burst Prominence Flash (Works on females now)

Pretty Self Explainatory. Normally deals less damage than Prominence Flash but if you activate the burst deals even more damage. ingame it's called "Prominence Burst". Also you can use this skill in your mods if you want. As long as you credit me that is......
