Un-zip the folder's content in your game's directory, I recommend you to back-up your movie0.cpk file.

Is it possible to have just the intro cutscene & intro music replaced, and not replace the rest of the game’s music? The intro is great, but I’m personally not a big fan of the..low-energy japanese soundtrack that gets swapped in with this mod.
