Cellin (Cell Krillin Absorbed)

I decided to remake my old Cellin mod from Xenoverse 1! I finally found out how to make X2M characters, since I was never able to figure out where I went wrong until I was told for the first time just now, but now I've learned how to and I made Cellin! To be fair, this mod is not 100% accurate, but it's like 70-80% and that's a passing grade so I'm happy! The things he's missing is the purple spots and the turtle hermit symbols on his chest piece and wings, but I hope you guys will be able to live without them, but if you can't I understand. One last thing is to not worry about the typo of his costume name, I did fix that after I noticed it taking screenshots. Anyway, I'll shut up now. I hope you enjoy!

Fixed the spot coloration and fixed the battle pic so it actually shows up above the health bar.
