This mod changes the stats of a some characters, based more on the really power, for example: Bills, Goku SSG, Vegetto, Gogeta SS 4, Goku and Vegeta SSGSS now is more powerful that the older that is a power based on other characters. Too change the Z-Souls that using the Characters.
