Description:
- The Friends for Life mod (known on Strategy Informer as the "Free Ride Ultimate" mod) is the most complex Mafia II free ride mod ever made. The mod's creators patched large amounts of cut content back into the game and enabled a hidden debug menu which can be accessed by pressing the pressing the "menu" button when the prompt appears on the lower left corner of the screen.
- This mod allows players to access nearly every location in the game, including never before seen interiors such as the Kingston Subway, as seen in the mod's featured image. It also incorporates certain elements from the DLCs that were locked away in the files of the main game.

Installation:
- Scroll down to the "Installation" section to learn how to install this mod.
Additional info:
- Because this is a DLC mod, the option to free ride is found in the main menu, rather than in "The Story".
- This mod uses the Mafia II DLC folder, so no files need to be replaced.
- This mod requires the DLC Folder Patch.
Installation:
- Drag the folder called "pc" found in the mod's .zip file to "C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Mafia II".
- If you're running a non-Steam version, drag it to your "/Mafia II" folder, wherever it may be.
- Windows will tell you that "This destination already contains a folder named 'pc'."
- Click "Yes" when prompted to merge the new folder with the existing one.
- Click "Yes" each time a new folder must be merged.
- Click "Copy and Replace" repeatedly to replace the existing file(s) with the modded one(s).
- Alternatively, you can stop before you replace the file/files and create a backup of it/them.

it has tons of bugs, overall it's really bad. And I can't even un-do this madness so I have to reinstall the whole game which means losing everything. Cool.
