This mod alters Cell's original super soul to where it is much harder to fight Cell, and any CAC that uses this super soul.
This can be used on CACs and on Cell himself, as long as the character has the super soul equipped!
To install, you need to use the Super Soul Editor: XV2 Super Soul Editor – Xenoverse Mods (videogamemods.com)

Cell (Perfect, Full Power)'s Super Soul
[Always] Health and attack raised(2.5). Ki and stamina stats raised(0.5).
[Once, when health is below 50%] Boosts attacks(1). Max health raised(0.5). Regen health(0.2) for 10 seconds.

most soul mod make it so you have replace the proper_noun_talisman_info_en and the proper_noun_talisman_name_en and Lazybone’s Mod dose that as well to add the nt soul like super Vegeta nt and that what make the bug pop up to where all the modded soul are name unknow

tho use Super Soul Editor make the soul your self with out replace the proper_noun_talisman_info_en and the proper_noun_talisman_name_en that work Wonder
