A bioweapon created by a mad scientist, born from the DNA of Frieza and Cell. It has gone rouge and killed his creator, and now seeks to prove his worth as a murder machine.   I made this mod using the CaC2X2m and Characreat tools by Eternity.   The villainous mode is a skill from Bureku_Saikusu's TRANSFORMATIONS AND SKILLS mod :
