Conton City NPC available: World Tournament Reception

Hey, it's my first time uploading ''MOD'', I hope you bear with me

This mod is the beginning of a project that consists of being able to use all the NPCs present in Conton City in the Xenoverse 2 Roster.

I will make two downloads available for NPCs:

-1st Download: Vanilla Character

-2nd Download: Character set customized by me

At the end of the project I will try to add a pack with all Moddati and Vanilla characters so that you don't have to do too many downloads.
