Counter Moves as Offensive Skills

A series of variations of a bunch of the game's counter moves in order to be able to use them without having to getting hit by something. Those skills include Burst Rush, God Breaker, Counter Burst, Shadow Crusher and Sudden Death Beam. In addition to be able to trigger these skills at will, they also include the following changes from the originals.

God Breaker EX - Removed the initial shockwave that serves to stun enemies as well as the related visual effects. The invincibility is removed and the skill no longer instantly turns you towards your opponent.

Counter Burst EX/Attack Burst - Slowed down the projectile and lowered the stun time of the final hit in order to make it harder for the move to combo into itself.

Shadow Crusher EX - No longer breaks guards. Also, it now has super armor instead of complete invincibility. For the other moves I always removed super armor and invincibility. But I figured that it kinda defeat's the move's purpose if it is not able to fly through a Kamehameha.

Burst Rush EX - Invincibility removed.

Burst Chaser - A variation of Burst Rush that only consists of the final strike. In exchange the damage of said final strike has been increased.

Sudden Death Beam EX1+2 - There are two variations. Both versions have their invincibility removed. Sudden Warp Beam teleports behind the opponent just like the original move. Meanwhile Sudden Strike Beam will fire the blast immediately.
