Darth’s Xenoverse 3 Shader

This is my first mod, I decided to make a shader that looks true to the anime, while also having graphics that resemble a theoretical XV3.

drag .ini to the bin folder, use eternity tools for demonboy's cel shaders

RESHADE IS REQUIRED.
