Fu louder voice

Fixes Fu's quiet voice. If you use the Japanese voices only then there's no need to download because the Japanese volume is fine.

Put the sound folder in your data folder. There's another folder titled something like "READ ME". Make sure you open and read the text document, it goes into detail about installing the character selection voice part and compatibility with other mods.
