Garreg Mach Uniform
Another one from the Fire Emblem line, today I bring you the uniform worn by students of the Garreg Mach monastery. Available for humans and saiyans. Female one includes a version without a skirt if you want different bottoms.

I will not port it to other races. As for the Annette hair you can see in the screenshots, it will be included in a Three Houses hair pack I'm making after this.
