Hello. What toolset do I need to alter the outfits? Like, if I want to remove Goku’s gi but keep his undershirt? But for the CAC outfit. If you would point me in the right direction, I’d be thankful, most of this has a lot of assumed knowledge that I frankly do not have. Many thanks.

Is a lonely and painfull path what you’re trying to join. You need to edit the 3D model and use tools like blender. The best advice I can give you is join citadel discord server, there are few tutorials that may help you. You can find it in the SLO play yt channel.
