Halloween in Conton City
Happy halloween!
This mod will visually overhaul Conton City to look significantly more spooky. The sky is dark, the buildings are lit, blood is fuelthe new water, and every single robot vendor is DEAD.
Disclaimer: This only changes the main city map. Time rifts, stages and interior areas are not changed.

Some of you might be wondering why Vert released a Halloween mod during December. They didn’t. Unfortunately, mod uploads to VGM were on hiatus for the duration of the Patcher/Installer being down. I feel extra bad about how much work went into this mod just to be buried by the backlog, so I’ve put it on the front page.
