Possibly reset the effect installer it’s not working even if you give priority to change files.

Hiya I have used this moveset b4 basically my current fav but I did a oopsie and now the effects installer isn’t working properly! Moveset still works but I need the sick particles in my life! Here is the erro info and as I don’t speak game code I was wondering if you could tell me how to fix?

You have to go to your settings and make it not detect it as a virus, I had the same issue, its not a virus
