Perfect Counter – Maximum Flasher – Final Impact ( New Custom Skills )

There's 2 new skills in this mod, the 3rd one (Final Impact) is just an enhanced and better version of the Atomic Blast. All 3 skills are very strong super attacks and cost 2 bars of ki.

- Perfect Counter: this move belongs to Vegito, he used it in DBZ against Buuhan, it's very useful and counters ki and melee attacks...

- Maximum Flasher: It's Vegeta's attack, he used it against Cell, after he raged out because of Trunks' death, it's the most powerful skill here, but it takes some time to fire...

- Final Impact: also known as ''Atomic Blast'' one of Majin Vegeta's most popular moves, the Vanilla version is extremly slow and you have to charge it perfectly in order to do some damage... so I decided to add some changes to this skill...
