Skirt Void Remover

A long time coming sequel to my first mod on the site, Spats-B-Gone, this one removes the black void from certain skirts. Since these mostly include clothing that normally isn't colorable, I've provided both a replacer for each that just edits the original models, and a version which adds new colorable variants with the model edit.
