SSJ Drain Edit/ Potential Unlock/ Villianous mode / Evil SSJ mod.

What this mod is and does is changes How all transformations work, making all have the same energy drain and unlimited energy of SSj1 while keeping all the stat changes. This uses a custom Skill file so be ready to edit in your own move choices if you decide to use this mod.

This will not allow you to equip any ssj skill to any race, That is not, and never was a feature, I don't know how to do that nor do I want to.
