Time Skip/Instant Fracture [Based off of “Time Release” from Fighterz]

A skill that is based off of the "Tides of Time" and "Time Release" attacks Hit has in Dragon Ball Fighterz. Works mostly the same way as Soaring Fist, except it instantly hits the opponent rather than spending a short moment to travel to them. Also, the different stages don't only change the damage, they also change what type of knockback you'll get. Stage 1 just knocks them straight away. Stage 2 knocks them upwards, before falling down. Stage 3 knocks them downwards, slamming them into the floor when they reach it.
