    Towa Clothes with Cloak

    Added a new costume (a copy of CaC Towa's Clothes) that have the cloak from actual Towa's costume. working physics!

    uses the original Towa's cloak file (from TOW folder) and colorable files from lgl, loriscangini.

    this uses 2 .scd extensions for the bcs file, since the 'belt' part is its own file. perhaps another modder could combine it with the bust?

    standard X2M installation.
