Transformable Female Hair Pigtails 28 to SSJ SSJ2 16

For the love of pig-tailed Videl, I made this mod that changes the spiked hairstyle #16 to use the pig tail hairstyle from #28 as default, giving the pig tails a transform to a spikey SSJ form that i feel fits if the tails were undone; also adds a SSJ2 form of spiked up bangs created by great modder Argon, giving 4 separate hairs through the SSJ transformations. Hope you enjoy!

WARNING: This will replace hairstyle #16 with the pigtails, to get the transformed hair you must pick #16 which should change default style to look like #28

Credit goes to modder Argon as I used his assets and folder structure from Transformable Female Hair #16 with extracted and renamed files  , give him a rating if you like it
