Tutorial: Retexture a skill (Basic Level)
Here I leave a fairly complete tutorial on how to change the color of a skill.
It is the most basic level of making a recolor, but I can upload more advanced recolor tutorials if you like this one.
Now I'm working on a tutorial to change the projectile of a skill, which would be modifying effects.

worth checking out as its been a while since i touched mod making for this game plus it seems to be of a better quality than the tutorial video I made a few years back
